The main symptoms include aversion, indifference and a negative attitude towards work, difficulties with concentration, forgetfulness, depression, helplessness, feeling a lack of recognition; in addition, a certain kind of aggression may occur. The affected individuals feel tired and exhausted, may have sleeping disorders or lose their appetite. They may also suffer from heart disorder, high blood pressure, difficulties with breathing and digestion. As for their relationships with people, they try to limit the contact with colleagues and other people to the necessary minimum. They generally act in a careless, cynical way without making any effort to help, which may be an extreme problem, especially in the case of physicians.
